Come and join us in our cosy, winter haven.
I can confirm we have availability in our Winter Garden for 30 guests on 16-12-2022 at 07:15 pm
Our garden is fully covered, with a heater over each individual table. If you’re still a bit chilly, we’ve got plenty of heaters, blankets, and hot water bottles.
To place an order in our Winter Garden, you can scan the QR code on your table and place your order online, or head to the bar to place an order.
You and your guests will be on a few tables next to each other of various sizes.
We are unable to section off part of the tent for you and your guests, this therefore means your event is not private and you will be in the main part of the tent.
Unfortunately we are fully booked inside the main part of the pub on this date. If you do have any other dates in mind please do let us know.
For parties of 8 or more who are dining in our Winter Garden, we are happy to offer table service if it is one bill, please just let us know in the special requests box below.
We’re pleased to offer a 10% discount on pre-ordered drinks from the list below which will be on the table when you arrive.

Next steps.
If you would like to go ahead with this booking, please accept the proposal by entering your full name, mobile phone number, email address and any special requests.
Once accepted, please allow 24 hours to receive an email confirmation of your booking. You will then receive text message with a secure link to add your card details. You must fill this out to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged upon booking.

TIME ON THE TABLE
For bookings over 12 people, we allow 2 hours 45 minutes on the table. Please be aware we may ask for the table back after this time.
RUNNING LATE
If you are running late for your booking, please call to let us know. We have a 15 minute grace period. Beyond this, we cannot promise that your table will be held.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
If you are unable to make your booking, please give us a call on 0121 427 3678 or send us an email at office@theploughharborne.co.uk to cancel. If you fail to cancel your booking and you do not show up, there is a possibility you may be charged a ‘No Show’ fee at the rate of £10 per person.
SPECIFIC REQUESTS
If you have specific requests regarding your visit, please use the notes option to inform us of the details; we do our best to accommodate all requests. If you are visiting with babies or children, we ask you to include them in the party size.

Please note payment is by card only – we do not accept cash. We take all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.
